Gymnastics Uniform Guidelines

A gymnastics uniform is not mandatory, but it is available for purchase should you wish to wear one.

Girls can wear a leotard, while both boys and girls can opt for a singlet. All clothing should be fitted to ensure it doesn't become loose or hinder movement. Additionally, the attire should not expose the torso, especially when performing moves such as handstands. For safety reasons, hair must be tied back or kept out of the face during all activities.

We recommend choosing comfortable, practical clothing that allows for freedom of movement and safety.
